The refrigerator was dirty and not working customers before us have left things in there so the housekeeper didn’t check it. Also, the microwave was filthy. I had to go downstairs to warm my food. Nobody come to clean it after reporting it. we will also put around the ice machine where it made noise all night because of ppl getting ice

First the pros: the facility was clean. It was in a great location. Restaurants and shops were nearby. You couldn't beat the location. The cons: I booked an assistance room for my husband who needs it and we were not given one. When I asked for a different room, I was told they didn't have any. This made for a difficult stay for my husband due to his illness. No clean up service daily unless you ask. I asked and room was only cleaned one day while there. We had to ask for towels daily. The rooms are extremely small. They do not look like the photographs. If I would have known this I would have looked elsewhere. We were put next to ice machine. HORRIBLE... Breakfast was just ok, nothing special at all. The front desk was very nonchalant, only had one good interaction with a young man from Jamaica working there. He was very pleasant. Overall, I won't stay here again. I guess the beginning of having to adjust the room just set me in for a bad experience.

Checked in and the bathroom had black hair on the walls and the shower. And there was a wash cloth left in the shower. After the second day of our stay we had to insist our room be cleaned. Came back at 130 pm and the room was not cleaned. Had to go down to the front desk and find a clerk, and ask the room be cleaned. Waited in the lobby 45 min for.it to be cleaned
