This condo was VERY nice. It was very clean, and the kitchen had lots of dishes, glasses, cookware, towels etc (many other rentals do not have such a good supply!) there was a choice of regular coffee maker (owner supplied coffee filters) or Keurig: so guests can plan what coffee to bring accordingly. Nice washer and dryer in unit. we enjoyed the beautiful pond and gazebo area (there had to have been at least 20 turtles who greeted us as we walked over the bridge...that was pretty cool!) It was close to stores, attractions etc, so that was also a big plus!

I will start by saying luckily we didn’t have to spend a whole lot of time here. When we walked in it smelled as though someone had been smoking in there for months. I notified the owner as I didn’t want to get blamed. She gave me a 25 credit in case I bought some air freshener . There was nothing that would fix it.The property itself is beautiful, there are turtles under the bridge that we enjoyed watching, a beautiful area to walk around in the mornings, but we spent the majority of our time with my sister across the street. I am adding a couple photos (pillow cases & bathroom vent) of the cleanliness issues that we came across. But by far the smell was the worst. Probably would not stay here again.

Room was clean and neat with a good mattress. Had all needed for the stay except for face cloths which were promptly restored. Parking was great as was entering and leaving the property. All in all a great visit. We would love to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and supplied with what we needed. We enjoyed the heated pool and Pickleball courts. We were close to the beach but had to drive about a mile to find public access. All the hotels across the street were private access only. We were close to places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Great location

This is a very nice condo in a really good location for the price. The beach is a very short drive away and you're within walking distance of tourist attraction. Had a slight problem checking in due to Vrbos messaging feature failing but the host was very prompt about helping me and made sure we were able to check in.

We loved this condo. It was perfect for the 4 of us. There were items to use at the beach such as chairs, toys, and an umbrella. It was close enough to walk to the beach and different restraunts and shopping. The condo was clean. Also laundry and dish pods provided.

Family Vacation

Overall Linda is great! Very responsive anytime I had a question. The only thing was we wish there were washcloths and more towels. I know from a last review she said she purchased some towels, which I believe were the blue ones there, but there were only 3! The condo was a good fit for our family as we don’t spend much time inside anyways, so we don’t need anything fancy. Our biggest complaint was the upstairs dog constantly barking! Overall, we would stay here again, the condo just needs a few additional necessities! Thank you again for renting out your home, Linda!

Great place for a short stay

Please was as advertised, easy check in and check out, good communication with host. The ony reason I didn't give it 5 star rating is because I would have liked better bath towels. I would definitely stay here again though!
