Jade East 1730 was perfect for us. It was very clean. The fridge was sleek and new. The washer and dryer and the dishwasher were also new or almost new. The granite countertops were a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. The AC kept us very comfortable. We like the tall chairs in the balcony. Each of them even had a cup holder. The shower water flow was not strong but I think that’s sort of expected during a busy summer season on the 17th floor of a condo in Destin so that’s not a problem with us. They were also renovating one of the elevators so only two of the three elevators were working which was ok. The best part of our stay was the fantastic beach front and ocean view. We’ve been in Destin quite a few times and we usually pick a place like this with this view. We’ll never get tired of it. The property manager from RealJoy was excellent. He or she was quick to respond and very pleasant You won’t regret picking this unit and the manager that comes with it.

Great stay, but not at this property

So I booked this location and heard from the property manager(RealJoy) that this location was no longer available and offered three alternatives to stay in. I was disappointed and worried that it was a scam, it turned out it wasn’t and we selected an alternative property that was much nicer than what we saw in these pictures. Really Joy was a pleasure to deal with, super responsive and seems to be a really good property manager as the place we stayed in was spotless in a great building right on the beach.

Great clean place. Great location. Don't bother bringing your own chairs. You have to sit multiple rows back if you don't pay for the beach service. That would be my only complaint.

The View is amazing

Real Joy was excellent to deal with, they even had a nice gift bag with some goodies for us. The condo was tasteful, but could have had a bit more of the basics wine glasses, pot holders, bakeware. I did bring this to managements attention and they said they would bring things right over. I had already purchased what I needed so I told them not to worry about. Everything was very clean, my only complaint was the master bed. My husband ended up on the couch because it was killing his back and I spent the nights tossing and turning because the bed was so uncomfortable. I would book this condo again if they got a new mattress otherwise I would look for somewhere else.

Beautiful view

I stayed with friends for my 40th birthday. The view was beautiful and my favorite spot was the balcony. We were able to see dolphins almost daily from the balcony. The beach was easily accessible with beautiful white sand. I would def recommend this stay.

It's all about the view!

You can see the gorgeous view as soon as you walk in the door! Balcony seats up to 4 and is mostly where we hung out. Amazing views from primary bedroom! The unit is so colorful and has a great kitchen. Only negative for us was the living room/dining room furnishings which we found uncomfortable - could use some upgrades. Wonderful location!

Great experience

We had a great experience at this property. Checking in and out was easy. The condo provided great views of the beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. We would definitely stay again. The only negative was the room smelled like crabs when we arrived and it lingered for awhile.
