Sundestin 402:
There is construction happening at Sundestin. The construction on my unit and my side of the building is complete and we are very pleased with the results. Since my condo is a considerable distance from the construction noise it is not intrusive. The outdoor pool has reopened, however the indoor pool is currently closed. This beachfront, 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath Condominium has spectacular beach views. It has been updated with beautiful and comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. There is a coin washer and dryer located down the hall. The condo has an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise facility, and a small store. There is also a restaurant on site in the summer.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a safe and a microwave.
