A dog under 25 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

This  Pet Friendly studio with its fully equipped kitchen is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.  Located in Sandpiper Cove boasting, golf, tennis and 5 pools and 2 hot tubs with 24 hour security it has everything you need for your home away from home during your vacation.  The unit comes with a Queen size Murphy Bed and Queen Sleeper.  Perfect for Families with small children or a couple looking for a relaxing couples retreat.  Brand new 32" TV in the living room for your viewing pleasure and let's not forget to mention Louisiana Lagniappe located onsite and its wonderful Cajun cuisine.  Want to go to the local water restaurants located on the Harbor of Destin?   Take the water taxi and enjoy a traffic free arrival and departure.  Sandpiper Cove is on 43 acres with 1100 feet of beach and BBQ grills available onsite as well.  Come book your stay with this unit and you will be very pleased with your decision.  Non refundable pet fees apply

Safe area with security at gate. Convenient beach access. Condo was nice just could have been a little cleaner. Pet friendly just make sure you read about the pet rules some things say 35lb dog max some things say 25lb. The restaurant on site Louisiana lagniappe had fantastic food and service.

Prepare to sweat your butt off

They had the AC limited to like 73. Which in Florida next to the beach is insane. The first night we stayed the temperature wouldn’t get below 80 degrees and was absolutely miserable. The humidity in the apartment was through the roof. Sandpiper Cove is super nice and we have stayed there MANY times. I’d spend an extra couple bucks and get a nicer unit. This one just wasn’t it. The kitchen was poorly stocked with dishware. The patio is right by the street and is loud. Also we stayed there in the spring. In the summer this place would be absolutely unbearable

Great accommodations & location! Looks exactly as pictured. Murphy bed is surprisingly comfortable, and our teens were comfortable on the couch and futon. Would definitely stay here again!
