Enter the first-floor condo to find the bright new kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and all new appliances including an oven and range, dishwasher, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Look across the kitchen into a new and spacious family room. The family room contains a sofa sleeper with gel foam mattress, love seat, flat-screen television, and a beautiful view of the #8 green and canal. The dining area completes the family room with a table that seats four.

Walk out onto the private balcony to find a table and chairs at which you can enjoy your morning coffee or sangria at sunset with a pretty view of the canal. The master bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen television, and a large closet. You will love your next vacation in this beautiful condo. Sandpiper Cove is conveniently located in the heart of Destin offering beach-cottage-style condominiums on the Gulf of Mexico, also along the Destin Harbor, and along the beautiful canals throughout the property.

It is a short 5-8 min walk to the beach from this condo where you will find Sandpiper Cove's white sand beach, beach boardwalk access points with nice seating areas, and a beachside café. There is much to do at Sandpiper Cove with a 9-hole par 3 golf course on-site as well as pickle ball courts and tennis courts, 5 community pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, and a shuffleboard court. Sandpiper Cove boasts one of the finest restaurants in the Destin area, the Louisiana Lagniappe overlooking the marina. Grab a water taxi at the marina to tour and visit day and night spots all along Destin, eat at exquisite restaurants, and try some fun activities. The area has numerous championship golf courses, or you can enjoy other attractions like snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, dolphin cruises, water parks, fishing excursions, and much more.

Dog-friendly (30lbs or less). No cats, please. Additionally, Sandpiper Cover charges a $10 fee per pet per reservation with a 40 lbs or less weight limit.

Parking Notes: Parking Permit Given at Guard Gate/Entrance. Maximum of 2 vehicles. No assigned space.

Boaters: Boat parking is available along the canal for boats up to 26' for an additional cost with a docking reservation through Sandpiper Cove. Boaters must provide boat registration and proof of $100,000 liability insurance. There is a boat launch in Sandpiper Cove, but trailer parking is not allowed on site.
