Renovated in May 2023, this stunning beach getaway features a luxury kitchen and bathroom, along with hardwood flooring throughout, new doors, and fresh paint. Breathtaking Gulf views can be enjoyed while preparing dinner in the kitchen or relaxing on the couch and watching your favorite shows.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee—perfect after enjoying fresh seafood caught right off the beach at Holiday Surf. This 1-bedroom beachside retreat offers two comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and a fabric sofa sleeper in the living room—perfect for up to six guests. The living room includes a ceiling fan and a 42” TV with a DVD player, while the bedroom also features a ceiling fan and a 42” TV with a DVD player for added comfort and entertainment. The beautifully updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a tall toilet for added convenience.

The location of this condo is ideal for listening to the waves and watching dolphins from the covered balcony. Step out the front entrance and walk down just one flight of stairs to access your car, outdoor grills, the pool, or the short pathway leading directly to the beach.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. Upon arrival the unit was pristine! The check in/check out process was easy and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. We have never seen such a beautiful beach before. Beach service was essential to get a break from the heat and just what we needed. It was such a wonderful stay, we didn't want to leave!

Great place with a beautiful beach!

Loved this place! Stayed here with my daughter and felt completely safe. We loved being on the beach and the views from our living room. The place was clean and well-supplied. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Will definitely be back!

Condo was great. Disappointed in the construction going on had we known may not of stayed there

Loved the view but elevators where closed due to construction. Exercise room closed for over a week due to construction. I work mornings remotely and construction noise bothered me. Went twice without water all day due to construction. Disappointed in all the construction and how it was handled Laundry was poor. Half the washers and most the dryers were out of order on 4th floor. Other than that people very nice and condo was very clean and loved decor

Tranquil Beach Condo

The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, beach accessories, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand castle buckets, etc... There were 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 packets dishwasher detergent, bottle of dish washing soap, 1 roll paper towels, 2 clean kitchen towels/wash cloths. 4 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels. Hair dryer, ironing board, measuring cups, can opener, etc ... Fitness center is nice. We are avid gym goers. Laundry room on one of the floors. They had some floats you could use under the bridge at the dunes. First come first serve.

Nice and clean!

Perfect for a girls trip

The room was beautiful, updated, and very clean. The property had lots of nice amenities including beach chairs and dvd rental. The location was away from the main busy road and in a very nice area. My only complaint is that there was no communication from the owner, I was only called from the condo itself and asked for a credit card number that they continued to add fees to upon arrival due to booking through vrbo and not through them. The front desk staff was not easy to work with. However, the room and condo itself were great and I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
