We absolutely loved our time here! For comparison, earlier we stopped over for one night in Cape Town during our trip and stayed at a supposed luxury hotel directly on the V&A Waterfront. It was awful. We were so glad we had booked a different hotel (The Taj) when we returned to Cape Town the second time, for our final leg of our South Africa trip, a 3 night stay before returning home. Upon entering we already knew it was so much better than the last hotel. Even without comparing, The Taj completely stands on its own in every category: Service: Amazing front desk staff, the bellman’s are so respectful and attentive. The housekeepers and waitstaff were full of smiles. Amazing service and staff. Dining: Wow!! The breakfast blew me away, from the menu to the buffet option, it was fresh, well prepared and delicious! We also ate at their restaurant, Bombay Brasserie, which was delicious! From the chefs tasting bites to the butter chicken, it was great! Spa: Two people in my party got massages (Warrior massages) from different people. One loved their massage and one thought it was okay. Overall, they enjoyed the spa services and would try another service. Overall, we loved our stay so much, we looked up the hotel brand of Taj Hotels and are planning to stay with them when we go to Dubai.

Convenience

Our stay at this riad was exceptional from beginning to end. The property is absolutely beautiful, with incredible Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, stunning lighting, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and genuinely welcoming. What made the experience truly special, though, was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The hospitality felt personal rather than rehearsed, and that made a real difference. The live music by the pool was one of the highlights of the weekend. Sitting in such a beautiful setting while listening to the band created one of those travel moments you know you will remember long after the trip is over. The riad was elegant, relaxing, full of character, and easily one of the best parts of our time in Marrakech. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. This is not a five-star review. It is a six-star review trapped inside a five-star system.

Pour notre 1er voyage à Marrakech ce Riad nous a complètement charmé. Il est à la fois très beau, très agréable, bien placé pour les visites de la médina et le personnel y a été agréable. Les petits déjeuners typiques et variés proposés tous les matins sont très bons et le dîner au restaurant était également délicieux ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Brilliant facility. Most amazing Riad with unbelievable rooms of such quality and design. We had 4 adults and so beautiful and private.

Very nice Riad it was a beautiful place and very well kept. The host was very friendly helping and accommodating. It was very well situated. Yes it is tucked away through a small alley but its very easy to get to once you have google maps. They have a private parking that is 5 minutes walk away from the Riad. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was lovely on their beautiful terrace. The helpers were also very polite and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
