Beautiful building and spotlessly clean. Decor a little on the basic side. Was very hot - no aircon tho fans were provided. Excellent breakfast.

Overall very good. Family room could have done with a freshen up.

Everything was fantastic In the junior suite might want to upgrade the pillows they were rather useless Broken down inside! A suggestion for wash cloths made available we asked, got them but maid didnot replenish each day. Great recommendations from her for tours. Laur from guest relations was perfection. Great location so close to trains and old town.

We liked the hotel, the room and pool area. We didn’t find the staff welcoming or friendly. The check in person was okay, but not real friendly. The hostess or manager in the restaurant was horribly rude. We never went back to the restaurant due to her. The pool is difficult to access because an elevator is broken so you need to go through a dark remote stair case, or walk through the restaurant. The hostess/manager person did not like people going through the restaurant, but it wasn’t the guests fault that the hotel has it set up this way. Breakfast isn’t included and is expensive to add it on. There is an awesome shopping plaza next door with a grocery store. We bought breakfast items there and ate in our room. Next time, I’ll look for a hotel where staff are kind to their guests.

Front staff excellent! very helpful for dinner recommendations and stored bags for us while attending the Tour.
