Friendly staff, comfortable, quiet and clean room

Staff was courteous and pleasant to talk to. Rooms were nice, too.

A beautifully presented hotel. The room was immaculate, as was everywhere else in the hotel. Oodles of hot water in the well-appointed bathroom. Comfortable bed with good pillows. The staff cannot be faulted and I'd like to pay a particular compliment to Arthur, on reception when we checked in, for his service which went above and beyond.
