Located nice and close to the centre an easy and safe walk, night or day. The pool was good to cool off in and the room was big, clean and comfortable.

I stayed to explore the city. The staff had great recommendations and the spa was wonderful. The evening staff was extremely helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport. All the staff was great, but Fatin went above and beyond.

Amazing stay, really enjoyed myself. Will definitely stay in this hotel if i visit Brunei again

Excellent staff, very professional and courteous. Conveniently located. Airport shuttle included in price. Even a day tour around the city, which wasn't originally advertised. Very pleasant two-day stay.

Nice hotel close to town, with nice little restaurant in the lobby. Easy to get around town from. Staff was helpful in letting me change rooms when the wifi wasn’t great in my first room, which I greatly appreciated. Sofi at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful in answering questions and offering advice.

古いスタイルの豪華なホテル。プールもいつでも入れて、ショッピングモール直結。朝食もメインは日替わりで入れ替わる。 チェックアウト前日は、部屋清掃をスキップされたがタオルは新しいのをくれました。 部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。 スタッフの方は皆親切でした。 また泊まりたい。
