We were purposely rented a room that had drainage problems and smelt of rotten eggs (706 & 708) all the hotel staff including the manager was aware of it and their excuse was they know there was an issue but the previous guest did not say anything. The manager confirmed that these 2 rooms have drainage problems but they still rented to us . It ruined our holiday my kids got sick , we could not figure out where the smell was coming from , after a long flight and being part of a wedding party we basically went to the hotel room just to sleep . My husband had to spray cologne at night to kill smell so we could sleep. .My family has still. not recovered from the bad odour .
