Friendly staff, comfortable room, in a cute seaside town. Free parking was appreciated.

Staying in a suite here was a dream. Clean modern layout with unique touches like a fireplace, well stocked entertainment center, and a loaf of Doolin bread on checkout. Cafe & pub on site, featuring music the night we stayed, plus other pubs in the area. Free breakfast was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly. And easy access to the Cliffs of Moher. Highly recommend.

Good access to and from nearby Shannon airport (as well as other destinations) by bus stops adjacent to hotel. Overall very clean. Restaurant is overrated “Award Winning” and menu/food just average. Breakfast offered with extra room fee was fine, nothing outstanding, but more than enough to satisfy. Good beds, linens & pillows. MAINTENACE checks for rooms should be more thorough- we had dresser drawer knobs loose and window hardware not secure. Shower leaked on to bathroom floor. Mini “fridge”, we were told, was just to be for cooling, but even after requesting a check, it was never even cool. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable & quiet. The location (for our purposes) was the main reason we stayed and it proved to be a good choice for affordable and comfortable travel.

Outstanding experience five stars is not enough. Definitely a bucket list experience that I would love to repeat. Food staff spa and property are truly a delight.

The rooms looked nothing like pictured on the website. The staff didn’t help except provide an extra fan when the room was too hot. Apparently they were “fully booked” and couldn’t relocate us. The parking lot wasn’t full.. The window was open upon arrival which also had an active bird nest outside of It. With the window open bugs were all over the room. The remote didn’t have a back and couldn’t change channels. Honestly after a long day this was just awful to come to . The Manager tried calling me but was on a tour, I tried calling back but never heard back. Would not recommend this hotel. And avoid the one elevator and walk the extra few hundred feet to the rooms. It felt unsafe..
