Reasonable taxi ride to gondola, great breakfast.

Good breakfast. The street is in the middle of downtown, it has restaurants and shops, busses, taxis, cafes...a mall.

Simple but good breakfast. Two blocks from a main avenue. And easy walking access to the castle. The best part of my stay was the interactions with the staff. Always helpful, specially Kerim at the reception

The rooms were too cold when the surrounding was snowy Staff dont know English thus the communication was hard

The woman at the front desk was very hrlpful. Unfortunately, the guy was not helpful at all. The room we had was very noisy with construction going on allday and night. I told him about this but nothing changed. When i saw the young lady she helped. The first night was difficult to sleep because of the construction. Second night better.
