Very helpful people working at the hotel. Whish they had kakao during the morning buffé. The bathroom could be a bit more practical. Amazing building.

Really lovely unique hotel. Great location by the botanical gardens and the ruined church. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful outdoor areas. Best place to stay in Visby!

Great, very practical and good for families, lots of amenities /games for the kids. Pool could get pretty crowded because they also let visitors pay to use it for the day.

The room was fine, the hotel has some old sections where the carpet is really rough and stained, but it seems this is in line to be updated. The staff was very nice, the 'laundry available' was not what we expected, we had to pay the front desk to do a couple of loads for us and then we had to fold it and iron it after several hours. Just was not what I thought I signed up for. The breakfast was great and they have coffee and beverage machine service 24/7 which I liked because I like to have my cappuccino and it was always available gratis.

Fantastic location within steps of the square. Room was extremely clean and staff was extremely friendly. Nice breakfast served as well.
