We had a really really nice time in this Hotel I have to mention the the extra effort and care the staff make towards the guests to make their stay a great experience Guru make great cocktails Only thing to mentions and need to improve is the communication skills of the reception staff and they need to reply the emails promptly when there is a query about the bookings etc

We recently enjoyed staying at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, which exceeded every expectation. Special touches like remembering our preferences, surprising us with personalized treats, and going above and beyond with service (even outside the usual duties) show why Sheraton Maldives stands out as one of the best resorts in the region.

Our stay at SAii Lagoon was nothing short of exceptional. We originally visited to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and SAii Lagoon made the occasion truly unforgettable. The personalized touches and genuine care shown by the team elevated our stay in every way. We also had the pleasure of meeting wonderful people during our time at the resort, which made the experience even more special.
