Kiambu County ski resorts

The property is lovely and luxurious. The staff were exceptional. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff that made our stay worth returning. And the cleaning creaw that kept the hotel immaculate and smelling amazing. Each restaurant served the most delicious entrees. Make sure you visit them all! Anyone that stays here will not be disappointed.

Property is at a serene place. Grace was fantastic with communication. Keep the good job. The only con is that they don't have a backup power Incase the power goes off. Try to fix this as some of your clients would be working remotely and highly dependant on electricity and internet.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Beds are very hard, for an American, but not atypical for outside the US.

Beautiful site and classic older luxury home. The utilities should be upgraded, this includes power and plumbing. Steam room was great.

Rooms have no hand towels. I checked 3 rooms but all infested with cockroaches. I took pictures and reported to management

No tvs in room and was told on checkout day there was one in lounge area! Breakfast is decent but predictable Staff are very friendly Floors in ngong cottage were broken (tiles in bad condition) and bathroom very tight & stuffy
