Middle East winery accommodation

This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai.

Everyone was super nice very helpful i was in love with beirut when i arrived cause of the people in the hotel how welcoming they were but they need more breakfast variety and the room floor and curtains need to be washed or changed it very dusty other than that it a very good hotel and the staff in all department are more than nice and definitely i will go to that hotel again
