Morocco ski resorts

Hi the hotel looked very nice & was refurbished to good standard. The staff was very nice especially the cleaner call Ghita. She cleaned the room very nice & was very helpful. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you Kind regards Arfan

Stayed only one night and caught the 5:30 am shuttle, so I may not be the best judge. I thought everything was very good; the only exception being the lobby. To make a good first impression on guests, the lobby needs a separate storage room for held luggage plus seating. Now there is seating only in the exterior courtyard or the bar.

Clean rooms with cleaning services every other day. Any issues were solved within minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful
