Great place. Great service as usual

I have stayed at this hotel several times due to the limited options in town. Unfortunately, the experience has been inconsistent. The air conditioning is quite noisy, likely due to the compressor being placed very close to the glass door—only about one meter from the bed—which makes it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, there were visible dirt marks on the walls that should have been cleaned by housekeeping. On some occasions, the bed sheets were also not properly clean and had to be replaced. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and housekeeping standards.

Excellent room and facilities. Very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast had great choices. Staff friendly. Enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. Teppanyaki chef was fun and food was great. My partner enjoyed the spa very much. Will go again.
