Travelled with family for a weekend to use the pool. Booked the two bedroom premium room. Check-in was delayed by an hour because staff could not figure out difference between included breakfast in initial booking. Very unprofessional in service and did not offer appropriate explanation, I had to pay for breakfast again even though Expedia itinerary had included breakfast in overall cost. Pool was only opened for an hour, and closed off for the remainder of the weekend due to cleaning. Guests were not informed of this when we checked in. Room was okay, towels and toiletries were provided only upon request. Room is at the back so could be accessed through stairs only. Restaurant staff for breakfast were also clueless for paid breakfast and we had to wait again for them to confirm with front staff.
