Reception was again a delightful experience. The room was very clean and tidy with a bath. Staff were very pleasant, especially in the bar area. Breakfast was, and as always, a great experience. Plenty on offer to drink and eat in a buffet-style basis. I also liked the preparation and cooking of an omelette whilst I watched and waited. I was especially grateful for the assistance in obtaining a slave-start for my car (I had heavy duty jump leads with me, thankfully) because I had left my lights on overnight - there was heavy rain and thunder earlier. In summary, another delightful experience and very highly recommended.

It got off to a shaky start with my room not having a working safe, working tv, or working phone. Although the phone turned out to be because the whole phone system in the hotel was being upgraded. But I got hold of reception via the hotel whatsapp which was good and they sent up an engineer. They fixed the safe but couldn't fix the TV so they moved me to a new room and the rest of the stay was excellent. I really appreciated their help in trying to put things right. I think parts of the hotel look a bit tired like the ceiling in the pool room. Otherwise it was a really nice stay thanks

The hotel is incredibly comfortable, conveniently located and has a great breakfast and amenities. The staff is lovely and we will certainly be back
