The staff is what makes this place. My experience has been great, the hotel was clean, food was great but customers service especially by Rehan and Ashraf exceeded all expectations by me, well done.

Excellent memorable stay from check-in to checkout. All of the staff members were courteous and caring, especially the front desk supervisor Khadeja, the restaurant host Zarmina, and chef Madiha went beyond expectations. Khadeja facilitated the check-in process by making an extra effort to comply with the documentation requirements. Host Zarmina offered excellent service during the breakfast service. Chef Madiha served delicious custom-made omelets. The housekeeping staff was caring and prompt in providing service. This hotel will be our first choice for a future stay!
