Beautiful beach, rooms, and restaurants. Incredible staff. Both friendly and very good at their work.

The property was awesome, the 2-bedroom villa was excellent and the whole staff was pleasant. However, they will have to figure out the seaweed issue, because not being able to use the beach at the resort can’t be a long-term solution.

I had an amazing stay at the KOI Hotel in St. Kitts! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. A special thank you to Kenesha and Kimberly, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They provided fantastic recommendations for things to do around the island, helping me discover some of the best experiences St. Kitts has to offer. Their local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made a huge difference and added so much value to my trip. I also want to recognize Raheem, who was an outstanding driver. He was always professional, punctual, and courteous, making transportation around the island seamless and stress-free. His helpful attitude and commitment to excellent service were truly appreciated. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really made the stay exceptional was the people. The warmth, hospitality, and dedication of the staff created an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend KOI Hotel to anyone visiting St. Kitts and look forward to returning in the future!

Loved my room and enjoyed my few days on the property. It was quiet due to it being low season. I did appreciate the respect having a restaurant on site that serves local Caribbean food. There is nothing worse than a property only having “continental” food and not proving an opportunity to enjoy local cuisine. The staff were all friendly and helpful anytime I had a question. They were great about booking transportation and excursions for me.
