There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE AN EMAIL.? The EMAIL ASKED ME TO EXPLAIN MY COMPLAINT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY

The room was a good size and in a perfect location. We stayed in a standard double room with a sea view, which was absolutely stunning. The spa was a great bonus and free for guests to use between 1–9 pm. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast was enjoyable, and although free parking is limited, we were always able to find a space.

The the stuff is amazing and helpful, especially the man the worker afternoon at the reception let’s help me so much and right man in the right place👌

What a delightful stay at The Chedi, Lustica Bay. I loved everything about the hotel including the staff - all the staff I encountered during my stay. You will need a car to go to other places in town but there is enough in the hotel for a luxury holiday. Love, Love, Love. I have to come back with my husband, we will love it totally.
