Amenities of a 5 star hotel but quality control of a 4 star hotel (e.g. fridge not plugged in, chain to terrace nearly impossible to close, being given used napkins for breakfast). The pools are all great and we didn't expect to get free drinks and cake, which we appreciated. Staff mostly very friendly and welcoming, but one of the bar guys was questioning both me and my partner about our relationship/martial status and that made me uncomfortable. Food was fine, but generally didn't seem to have been salted. We went out for dinner in town and got better food there for a lot less money. Still we overall enjoyed the hotel and were grateful for the staff.
