Checkin is at 2 PM but they didn't have the room before 3 PM. They apologized and offerred coffee. That's nice, but you usually want your room ready after a long trip especially I timed it to be there for checkin before heading to Taj. Frontdesk looked a little overwhelmed with a busy weekend and some wedding happening. A 4/10. My room didn't have a view really; it was the back of the hotel. Nice room overall and clean. The standalone bath leaked after a bath and became hazardous on the slippery marble floor. I find it interesting that the mini-bar was actually empty. A 6/10. Breakfast buffet was like every other place with many choices. Buffet restaurant staff were nice, professional and helpful. A 9/10. In room dining was OK with a Sweet & Sour Soup and vegetable fried rice. Didn't really taste Asian and it was heavy on garlic. A 6/10 overall. It's a 20 to 25 min walking distance from Taj's eastern gate entry and can be done just fine on foot. A 9/10. I would stay in this hotel again for proximity and knowing what to expect. Overall 7/10.

Clean room

This is one of the best hotel I had the chance to stay at. The staff is courteous and matters to your every needs even before you ask.

it was a single night but nothing I would change the food was great , the hotel was clean , AC was awsome.
