Excellent service by an ever smiling and courteous staff

The room was very clean and well kept throughout our stay. The service was exceptional and we were very happy with how we were treated. We were supported in a number of different ways during our stay (we needed to visit the hospital at short notice so we were able to keep luggage back after checkout). Our only comment for feedback was the pool being very cold despite the warm temperature outside - as it is shaded for most of the day, our daughter found it to be too cold to enjoy. Perhaps heating the pool for certain months would ensure that it will be used by more visitors. Otherwise, we would recommend highly.

Exceeding expectations for a beautiful mountain resort. Staff exceedingly helpful. English speaking and very considerate. Lots of activities. Room amenities outstanding. Trek to mountain shrine safe and fun with the help of hotel guide. Afternoon high tea with entertainment and games, outstanding! Breakfast offered choices of food from Asia and Europe.

Superb experience with Lotus Suite. They have private access to River Ganga which makes the experience very blissful. Food in the restaurant is also very good. Staff is very friendly.
