I’m not sure the hotel’s rating really shows what it’s really like. Pros: The hotel is pretty clean and nicely decorated. It’s in a great spot. Cons: The staff could be a bit more friendly. While they answered questions, they didn’t quite hit the mark on hospitality. I’m speaking from experience, having been in the industry for 16 years, and I’m not picking on anyone. The only person who was nice to us was Pete, who helped with our bags. The guy at the front desk in the evening really stopped to look away from his phone to look at me. Our room fridge was broken, but I didn’t want to bother the front desk, so I decided not to complain. The restaurant advertised on hotels.com doesn’t quite match up. There’s no Mediterranean or Taco Bodega there, or the front desk gave me the wrong information. I hope this review can help someone who is relying on the rating from hotels.com.

Nice clean room. Hotel is very nice overall. The staff stood out the most to me. Friendly people. Valet, receptionists, bartender, and especially the bellman Dejuann. All very kind. Check in/out was seemless. I would just suggest menus and opening/closing times for restaurants and bar in the hotel.
