Check in was great we encountered 2 staff and they were smiling and very friendly and welcoming. We used the pool and the fitness center and both were very clean and well maintained! We will definitely return

I booked a room with a sofa and king bed. There was no sofa. Had a lengthy discussion with the front desk and we were finally given a discount for the inconvenience. The room was nice, clean and had kitchen facilities. The one thing that stands out with this property is that it is directly across the street with a view of the landfill 😳.

When I checked in, the staff was unfriendly (or rude). Furthermore, there was a spider on the towels, which rendered them unusable. To make matters worse, the noise from the upstairs room was excessive.

We needed a great room near Oakland University and with EV charging, and this property was excellent. The front desk agent was incredible accommodating, the lobby was spacious, clean and inviting, and the room was large, spotless, and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby but did not need the kitchen resources in the room. Would certainly stay here again.

All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and their light efficiency and energy efficiency is so advanced! The entire place smelled like fall, apple orchard vibe. Our room was amazing! I highly recommend it!! Snacks available for purchase section has a lot of options and their complimentary coffee was delicious!! The whole experience was very pleasing and you should book a stay!

Overall very good! We had a longer stay than planned, so it was nice to have a kitchen area so not to have to eat out every day. Everything was there that we needed throughout the room (except a blow dryer) but I had my own.
