I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It truly falls short of expectations. While the room itself was spacious, the cleanliness was atrocious and far below acceptable standards. There were visible hairs in the bathroom, left by previous guests, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Additionally, there were stains on the bed sheets and pillows, and the elevators were unclean. Overall, the hotel would greatly benefit from a complete overhaul of its cleaning procedures. I sincerely hope the management takes the necessary steps to improve cleanliness for future guests. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Not even worth the cheap rate

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, ever, see photos. Room was absolutely disgusting. Photos online looked much better than this. I understand it’s maybe a more budget friendly hotel but this is ridiculous. Do not stay here.

Comfort Suites requires a $150 refundable deposit to check in. I never had to have a deposit to check in to a room that was already paid for. Absurd practice which explsins why nobody was there.

Due to a medical emergency, I was very late getting to the hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and my room was clean and pleasant. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotel beds, but yours was quite comfortable. My only "compllaint" - more of an inconvenience - was in the bathroom. As an older woman, I appreciated the bars in the tub, but I had to walk 6-7 feet from it to get to the towels. (I managed!) :-)

Sure, here’s an example: Review: My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The service was poor, and the cleanliness was lacking. The room had an unpleasant odor, and everything seemed either broken or half-functioning. The carpets were dirty, and the bed linens didn’t seem fresh. The remote control was broken, and the shower was in terrible condition. It’s evident that the management is lacking. Even the breakfast was extremely basic. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, even for a budget stay.

The hotel was not prepared for a cheer competition in town. The sofa bed did not have sheets on it. None of the rooms had the heat on in the room prior to checking-in. The high was 20 degrees and the room was probably 50 degrees when we checked in. The "fitness center" had a case for towels and water, however there were none and when i asked the front desk, they said they don't stoxk that stuff. Also there was dried blood on the floor. Lastly the breakfast was supposed to be served from 7-9:30, however both days they were out of all hot food by 830 and they said they wouldn't be bringing anything else.

Do not stay here, it will be a waste of you time and hard earned money. How would you feel about meeting bed bugs in your brand new filthy room and when asked to correct these mistakes met with a rude manager that has no respect for others. Your are not a valued customer here.

After being hustled for months I found a way to get a cheaper rate online and I was approached with an offer to just give the money in person with no kind of discount and when I respectfully declined and willing to take my chances with booking online I was immediately met with rude responses from the boss when I never asked to be approached in the first. long story short, I was paying a rate that was false and the staff were pocketing money and when I booked online I was approached and threatened to basically pay them the money instead of the app. They lied and said my last stay had damages to the room and the boss tried to get a staff member to go along with his lie and when he refused he yelled at him saying “why would you say that” And i no longer even feel comfortable being here.
