I would never stay at this hotel again. Our room didn’t have a privacy tag when I asked the staff they said they didn't have any but that no one comes to the rooms unless asked to bring something. Pool was down for maintenance one day. The next day they had no towels. Then when I asked the staff for towels they said they didn’t have any that we were to use the room towels. Then I asked for extra room towels and they said they didn’t have any. We were to bring them our dirty towels and they would wash them for us then bring them to us. Room didn’t have toilet paper in it when we got there. Room was dirty. Breakfast was a joke. Some days they actually had some hot food eggs and sausage links. It was like we had to ask if we wanted breakfast. First night there as we were trying to get our kids to sleep the lights in our room kept coming on. I went to call front desk surprise the phone didn’t work in room. Walked down and the staff told me there was nothing they could do about room lights that they were motion activated. He proceeded to hand me tape and a post it to cover the motion sensor. This place was an absolute waste of money. When I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked it through expedia.

Very dated. Things in room broken and curtains torn. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Bathroom clean. Elevator floor dirty. They just need to make repairs and brighten it up. Not all the lights worked and air conditioner was touchy.

I stayed at this hotel since it was close to my friend’s wedding venue. The place felt very old and not as fresh as the photos on the website made it look. Ice was only available on the first floor and not on floors 2 & 4 as stated. The snack area to buy drinks or snacks was not stocked. Luckily there was a meijer right next door so I could go there to satisfy my needs. The furniture in the room was dingy and should have been replaced. The bedding had holes in the sheets. The toilet sounded like it was constantly dripping water in the tank so that was annoying as it didn’t stop. The key cards took multiple attempts to open the door to the room, so that was definitely not updated either compared to Hampton Inn and Suites. The positives of the hotel was the jetted tub and AC in the room. A decent size mini fridge in the room to hold drinks I purchased at Meijer. The staff was friendly and helpful when I locked myself out of my room. All in all, while the stay was fine (since I was hardly in the room) the King size bedroom Suite was definitely not worthy of a king or a queen.

Whenever we arrived the first room we entered was ripped to shreds stained and unclean. When i asked to leave for a refund they refused and said we could only stay in another room otherwise

The staff was understanding and patient, but the room was damaged and dirty with long hairs on the bathroom floor and counter, trash and a stain on the carpet, and the main light didn’t turn on. The main light fixture was broken. Every time the A/C turned off, it sounded like a door was closing, which made it difficult to fall asleep. One reason I stayed here was for the buffet breakfast. The breakfast consisted of some fruit and cereal. Not much of a buffet.

Unimpressed

Front desk staff was not friendly, room key barely worked. Had to try it at least 5 time before it would open. Had a dirty sheet. Missing hair dryer, did have to go get one. Phone in room didn't work to call the desk. Breakfast was poor. Wont be returning to the hotel.

It was ok to sleep , but kind of bare bones and old looking and did not seem like a comfort inn quality hotel. Barely anything as far as snacks or things to buy. No breakfast. There was a bowl with plastic wrap over it and four bananas and two apples out in the morning, that’s it.
