Beautiful cozy home!

I am so grateful for Wesley and his gorgeous home!! We were in a tight spot due to another host double booking us from over a month ago, but Wesley came through with a very accurate listing and super fast communication! Im glad we found this home, it is very comfortable and accomodating not to mention beautiful! Gorgeous back yard to relax in, large basement with entertainment and pool table, and very comfortable beds. Next time im in need of a place to stay in for a few days I would definitely book this home again. There are a lot of hosts that are double booking and ruining others plans, but this is definitely a host you can trust with accurate availability and communication!

Relaxing Fun Stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Ranch! The property was super clean which puts you at ease immediately. We enjoyed having family in for fun games of shooting pool on a top-notch pool table. We were outside in a lovely backyard area for a picnic and karaoke into the evening. We appreciate the host allowing a limited celebration. It made all the difference! A delightful surprise was a lighted pond with fish at the end of the yard that also made the soothing sounds of a running waterfall. The area has lots of shopping and restaurants around as well. I would stay at the property again and highly recommend.

Great weekend for relaxing.

Great rental adequate for relaxing. Environment was comforting and welcoming. Location provided space for family breakfast.
