Please do NOT stay here! It is not kept up with

My boyfriend went to check in and there was a lady in the back on her phone not paying any attention to if there was someone up front or not. Once we finally got her attention after probably 5 minutes of standing at the front desk, she barely said a word to us. She told us the wrong room number, and luckily our key didn’t open a random door. We had to walk around the hall to figure out where our room was. When we FINALLY got to our room, I felt Disgusting and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed. By the time we went and got our bags from our car, the door was shattered! We ended up finding a new hotel which was MUCH better!

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. When I walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke and the floors were sticky and stained. The clerk was very rude and was eating as she was checking me in. When I got my room key and went to my room I immediately booked a different hotel and left. The room smelled like cigarettes so bad it was hard to breathe. Not to mention the blood splatters on the walls in the room. I did not get a refund or anything, I just took all my things and walked out the door. The worst place I have ever experienced.

This place is nothing like the reviews suggest. It's dirty, unsafe, and feels more like a neglected shelter for the homeless than a proper facility. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe being anywhere near it. Avoid this location if you value your safety and peace of mind.

It didn’t satisfy me my wife. It was supposed to be for Mother’s Day and her birthday but the first room was dirty and nasty but the next one was worse. It had a roach in it and everything. Then they claimed it was from us. And we don’t play over here so we decided to or trying to get out refund and check out early then what check out is.

The room had hair on the bed and crumbs like someone sat there eating on it before we got there. They gave us a second room which had not cold water in the shower. Tile flooring was loose and would come up while walking on them. Will never come here again.

The sheets were from the people before they had food on them and pocket change that feel out there pockets under the blankets so there weren't cleaned for sure, the furniture in the room is stained and dirty most the lights don't work and it's just horrible

ROACH MOTEL!!

Don’t not stay here if you’re looking for a CLEAN overnight stay. I’ve booked with this hotel once before and was satisfied with THAT experience. But this one took the cake. After checking in and noticing roaches roaming my room I went to the desk asking for either a refund or a new room. They suggested the new room. Walked into that one and wouldn’t you know it?! MORE ROACHES in the next room!! I just ended up sleeping in my car. I don’t typically leave reviews, especially if I’m satisfied with the service (the quality should speak for itself) but this was insane. No one should be staying here unless they want to go home with some new “family members”. I’ve left photos as well. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
