Great place to stay if spending time at Great Lakes Crossing. Will stay here again if back this way. Perfect for shopping, a nice post-shopping meal, ease of access, and the hotel staff was really nice.

The staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean. The heat was a little odd. It wouldn't kick on unless there was movement so throughout the night it went from arctic blast to heat wave. We had to keep waving our arms throughout the night to get the heat to kick on. Our room also had no shower gel, which we didn't realize until in the shower.

Everything was excellent, minus the food at the free breakfast. Hotel, room and breakfast area were all pristine. If they’d improve quality of eggs and temp of food, it would downright be a 10/10!!!

Yes staff was curteous and humble and room was super clean. Amenities were not as expected room slippers were not provided as requested. The breakfast was very ordinary. The checkin and checkout process was smooth. The washroom shower was spraying all over the place. In room locker safe was not avaliable. But overall enough parking on property and never got chance to experience pool.

The staff were fantastic the room had a smell like someone had been smoking. Also I didn't like the fact that the halls smelled like animals and I could hear dogs barking. I like to stay in places that are pet and smoke free.
