The big hitch was much confusion about our check-in. When checking in I was told that someone had already checked in, assuming it was my wife. But she was still in the car. Someone was in our room and had a car registered to my account, but it was not my car. It took quite some time to check rooms and finally to give me another room. All else was good. The staff was very apologetic.

This hotel offers spacious rooms with kitchenettes, a free breakfast, and amenities such as a pool, weight room, and bar. Convenient location near shopping and dining, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the quiet rooms. They even have a dishwasher, refrigerator and yes a cooktop with all utensils needed for cooking, serving as well as eating including cutlery. Spacious bathrooms, is accessible by everyone on all floors, has snacks available with Water and Ice available on every floor.

We came here for a concert and booked the room months before hand. And it was a good thing. The staff said they were booked the day before and booked the day we were there. We couldnt get our room till 4 pm ,cause they were still cleaning rooms, but the staff was very nice the whole time. The room was awsome. Just about spic and span cleanliness. The hotel is just down the road from the mall and other places, so great area if youre wanting to shop. And it was only a few minutes from the pine knob venue for our concert as well so that was cool. And they do shuddle to that venue for future reference. The breakfast we got the next morning was awesome. It was so good. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bread items, juice and milk bar and so much more. It was worth it. We will stay here again. It was a great experience so thank you.
