I will be calling tomorrow to get my deposit back. I was charged the same fee for the whole stay when I booked and also when I arrived at the hotel. That was a surprise and changed my trip due to the u expected cost at check in. I was told the woman who checked me in is new and was unaware it should have only been 1/3 what I was charged.

The room was clean but cold. I had no complaints with the cleanliness, I thought they did a great job with that. The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom is very small if you're a big guy/girl. I didn't have many interactions with the staff, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the room was very cold and the thermostat wouldn't go up past a certain point.

The room was adequate but showed wear. There were stains on the couch, the bathroom was dated and quite small, and the down duvets appeared moldy. Room temperature was very difficult to regulate throughout our stay. The pool area was disappointing. The water was ice cold, the pool itself was dirty, trash was left under the chairs, and there were ants and bugs throughout the area. Staff were the highlight of our stay—very friendly and especially wonderful with my girls. Breakfast did not meet Hyatt standards. The waffle machine was set out daily, but batter was never available. Fruit options were poor; the bananas were consistently unripe and green. Coffee was frequently empty and often full of grounds.

Hotel was much more dated than I expected. However it was clean and the staff was friendly. Atleast at check in, I enjoyed speaking with her. Around 11:00 pm, staff at desk was unable to help when I attempted to purchase a juice from their hotel store. They would not accept cash (I had exact change) and their card reader was not processing cards... he suggested I drive to a store or door dash! I went to bed very thirsty and very upset. However we were happy to wake up to a great breakfast in lobby! Good value overall.

There were no linens in the room for the sofa bed - had to go down to front desk for them (no offer to deliver them to our room. No housekeeping at all over 4-day stay- had to go to front desk for toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee.

This place was just okay. Staff was really nice and friendly. The room was okay. Updating would be nice. The room heating unit is a piece of junk and has some type of white plastic strip stapled onto it to direct the air. It would also blow hot and cold and hot again. When it blew cold, I had to bundle up. Unfortunately I had to bundle up with towels from the bathroom because there were no extra blankets in the room and the “comforter” is so thin it didn’t really keep me warm. I’m sure updating the heating unit and buying Decent comforter couldn’t be too much to ask?

The room was the best part of the stay. One elevator didn’t work…couldn’t get in room until 4:00, were told not enough staff. Hmmmm. Breakfast was bad…no place to sit at 8:15. Coffee and eggs gone, sausage cold. We didn’t eat anything, made coffee in the room.

Room service was terrible. The buffet breakfast was terrible. I tried to get a blanket because it was cold and the Customer Service rep said that there was nobody working but him and that I would have to come downstairs and get it myself. The sofa was flat to the floor almost like I was sitting on the floor the back the carpet needed to be vacuumed. It was dirty no paper towel in the room. A terrible state would not recommend.

The room was very good, but the breakfast was well below average. This room for 2 days saved us $25 versus some other local hotel options. However, we had to eat breakfast at outside restaurants so we ended up $35 to the negative on the total deal for 2 days. Who doesn't have decaf coffee, even if it was instant. Warm food options were only 1 step above cardboard.

This property is perfect. The hotel was perfect. Only thing I can recommend is more variety for breakfast. The location has so many restaurants, shops around it. I will stay here again.
