Property is rundown. Stains all over the carpet and couch. Was not at all pleased with the cleanliness. Bathroom wasn't bad, but the bedding looked as if it had not been changed. There were long black hairs on the pillows, and dirt on the right side of the bed. I had to sleep on the edge of the left side of the bed with no pillows. I would have complained and requested new bedding if I had not been so exhausted from driving.

Great Breakfast, but Pool Needs Attention

I wanted to share a bit of feedback from my recent stay. I noticed that the pool floor paint is chipping, and there were worms in the pool, which affected the overall swimming experience. I thought it might be helpful to bring this to your attention for maintenance review. On a positive note, the breakfast selection was excellent — fresh and well presented. It would be great to see a regular fried egg or hard-boiled egg option included as well in the future.

Whoever runs the morning breakfast either needs help or better training. One of the last mornings the GM/Mgr. experienced what most of us had that morning, no silverware, no orange juice most mornings no glasses for juice, we used coffee cups. Waffle maker was operational each morning. Now on to housekeeping, after 3-4 days I asked for service only to have her refresh towels and empty trash, no linen service. My bed linens weren't changed for the entire 10 day stay. This property is in need of better management, or better training.

Overall, the hotel is nice. My only issue was there wasn’t any body wash in the bottle on the shower wall. Other than that, it was a great stay. I’d visit again.

Two Night Stay During a Home Remodel

Pros: Room was clean. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Location is great. Cons: WiFi Signal - weak. TV signal went in and out, especially if we rotated the TV position (huh?), no option to log in to streaming services on the TV like most hotels. Breakfast-Not staffed well. Tables weren't cleaned promptly, leaving no where for new people to sit. Fruit was overly ripe/close to spoiled. Many items were not refilled even after asking. Ran out of plates and bowls. Pool area was terrible. Paint on the floor was peeling and sticking to our feet. The pool water was freezing.

Cancelled my reservation

The hotel did not honor my reservation. I arrived at about 9pm and they notified me that they had given away my room. I asked when? They said the emailed me at 7:36pm. I asked why they had not called? They showed me that there was an extra zero before my area code in the form so they thought it was an international number and so did not call.
