This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed at in my whole entire life. Even my dog didnt feel comfortable there. It was dirty. My eyes were watery because of the mold. It looked like something from a horror movie. Everything was stained. Refrigerotor had old food in it. Shower had used soap. Lots of homeless there too - nothing against them of course. Changed room 3 times before I gave up. Everything was filthy and nasty. Didnt even feel clean after a shower. Being from NYC, i thought you would get something half decent for that price in Detroit. Boy was i wrong!

Very happy with my stay!

Given the price point, I’d say my expectations were absolutely exceeded. The property isn’t in the best of shape, but the price is exceptionally fair in light of that. Two things in particular however make it really special. First, the folks running it couldn’t possibly have been any more pleasant. From the front desk to housekeeping, these are genuine hospitality people and you don’t usually see that across multiple departments anymore. It was pretty awesome really. Super cool preople! Second, I always sleep like garbage in hotels, but not here. The beds were PERFECT! Next time in the area, I’m absolutely coming back!

I liked nothing, super gross, dirty, run down and hidden fees, no amenities, indoor furniture outside everywhere, trash everywhere, dumped over cigarette container with butts all over the ground. Looks like people live there too.
