The breakfast consisted of nothing but make your own waffles or English muffins, nothing of substance, there wasn't even fruit, nothing hot. The room was dirty, there was hair everywhere on the floor, in the corners, even in the towels. The room didn't appear to have been vaccumed, or wiped down, there was something sticky on the table. The a/c wasn't working correctly and was making loud noises. You could hear the neighbors next door.

Hotel lobby was very nice and new looking. Hallway to the third floor was filthy and had an odor of old food and smoke. Breakfast was minimal. Rooms were nice and worth the low price we paid to stay but the hallway was just really dirty.

This hotel has potential but the hallway carpet was dirty!! The hallway smelled like dirty diapers, trash cans on the 2nd floor were overflowing. The room seemed clean until I dropped my phone beside the bed, there was hair and dirt everywhere!!! Disgusting! Front desk staff extremely nice. I definitely voiced my concerns and disappointment... will Not return

The stay was disappointing. My first room lacked basic amenities like proper cutlery and felt stuffy. I was later moved to an oddly shaped corner room. Housekeeping repeatedly entered without warning, waking me up and making the experience feel invasive. Overall, poor customer service and excessive noise disrupted what should have been a restful visit.

The property was not cleaned well. I should have requested a different room. Someone else's towels were hanging in the bathroom and there was blood in the shower on the wall. We kept our socks on the carpets just felt really grimy. And there was an enormous amount of other people's bodily hair everywhere.
