It was an easy check in. My daughter missed her flight and we had to reschedule it for the next day. From the time i arrived until i checked out the staff were great. Bianca was very nice and helpful.

Great value and comfortable room

Room was quiet and comfortable, excellent value for the length of time (4 days). Customers should be aware you will hear airport traffic from time to time but did not distract from my stay.

Misled about free parking

Hotels.com did not represent the parking situation well. Their site says "free shuttle" "free parking." Since this is an airport hotel, and other hotels in the area explained there was a charge for extended parking, and I read all the fine print regarding their parking, I assumed I could park there for free while I travelled. Wrong! When they said "free parking" they only meant while you stay there. I had a plane to catch & then also had to find a place to park my car, which will end up costing me an additional $320. I didn't budget for this. I feel the info was misleading.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The shuttle service, to and from the airport, was quick. Will definitely stay again.

I travel a LOT and my honest suggestion is that you should stay here ONLY if you want to speak to their management 4x for them to tell you the hold will be released in 3-10 days but you don't need your money back for 25 days....Because they have no mechanism for expediting your hold release other than telling their customers to "be patient". NONE of the hundreds of hotels that I have stayed at for business or pleasure have EVER taken this long. This is unacceptable to me and if you stay here then you'll have to decide if you think that this acceptable for you. HEY SKYLINE. CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY??? I promise that once I get it, you'll NEVER have answer my reviews or not return my calls again. Ever. *Today is 6/11/25. I STILL haven't gotten my money back OR a satisfactory response from mgmt.*

Check in was easy. Very nice front desk staff. Put us in a room far away from noise so we could sleep after a hectic weekend and having to get on a plane very early the next morning. Clean room, very comfy bed, bathroom needed a little upgrade but not bad at all. Overall would def stay again.

For the price it was nice. Friendly staff working the graveyard shift got checked in Hella quick. If you want something cheap and close to the airport this is the perfect spot.
