This was a terrible stay & we would not recommend. It was VERY unclean, as shown in photos. Aside from the beds being made, it didn’t appear to have been turned over between guests. We found visible hair on the shower caddy, conditioner & other surfaces, leftover opened perishable food in the fridge, spills in the freezer & on cabinets, stained walls, sticky residue on tables & furniture, dirty floors & baseboards & an empty soda can under the sofaThe listing also misrepresented the sleeping arrangements. It stated it sleeps 6 but did not disclose that 2 of those “beds” were deflated air mattresses stored in a closet. This wasn’t communicated anywhere on the listing. When we questioned it, the host claimed it was listed, but it wasn’t (we have screenshots). She added it only after we raised it.When we raised these concerns hoping for a refund, she became defensive. I said I had many photos but had trouble uploading them in the VRBO app. There was no effort to review evidence - only an immediate claim they “have a great cleaning company who never has issues,” despite another review w/ photos showing similar problems. We had arranged a 2 hr early check-in, which we appreciated, but were later told that time was to decide whether to stay, so a refund would not be issued. We used that time to prepare & leave for the out-of-state event we traveled to attend, & relocating would have meant missing it.This has been my worst VRBO experience, by far. Avoid this place at all costs

I'm very disappointed that we don't have a secure place to park our car. this was not disclosed in the originally.We arrived had difficulties entering the facility once we accessed the quarters. The facility was not clean it hadn't been mopped the floors were sticky there were bugs and dirt in the windows there was dirt under an empty tissue container, one half a roll of toilet paper and no hand soap. Overall this was unacceptable I could have stayed in a hotel for the same amount or less and had better accommodations. When we left to the door would not lock called on the ring doorbell the woman accused of doing something wrong. We were 45 minutes late for dinner with friends and show. We was ited 20 min the housekeeper couldn't get the lock to work adjusted battery, she arrived with a bag two rolls of toilet paper. Then the owner or proprietor whoever she is told us in writing that they do not provide amenities such as hand soap and toilet paper. She received a picture and the amount of toilet paper we had was adequate for three women for one night. The towels were thin and old we were given 3 small bath towels 3 washcloths. 1lady in the group found a swifter mop the floors I have pictures of the filth
