Hotel has excellent features in room with fulll fridge , toaster, a recycling bin plus electrical ports just about everywhere in the room -breakfast was varied -we would have given it 5 stars but there was a miscommunication about room service and we had none for 5 days even though we requested twice-front desk was very apologetic at checkout and will give extra points for issue - other than that , we were very pleased.

Almost everything was excellent. Only a few small things I would fix or change. 1) air conditioner rattled loudly 2) drain in tub drained too slowly while taking shower, So was standing in bath water while taking shower 3) pillows too super soft so no basically flattened It was still a good stay and the staff was attentive and friendly.
