Really enjoyed this property. Only downside was limited front desk hours, but other than that it was a great facility, clean rooms, directly next to Meijer, great for a couple day stay or multiple days.

These units don't provide regular hotel's stuff like electric kettle, cups, shower soap or shampoo but the front desk let us borrow those and plates/bowls and spoons.

The room was ok but the problem was when I asked about room being cleaned I was told every 14 days when your staying that is absurd. Also I know it was a holiday week but there was no staff around. The one that was there she was nice no complaints but the lot had multiple damaged cars with flat tires etc that were just sitting on the lot that never moved for over week like I said the room was not bad but the hotel was not staffed properly and should not have to ask to have a room cleaned should be every couple days etc. also have to take your own trash out etc. staffing is the main reason for this rating.

I did like that it had shopping and restaurants nearby. Having a refrigerator in the unit. I didn’t like that it didn’t have TP in the bathroom when i arrived. The pillows are too flat.
