This is the best property in Mcleodganj, trust me as I have stayed a lot in Mcleodganj. Special thanks to Deepak⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟, Vineet and Saurabh, from the restaurant, they were really prompt and there for the service to make us feel comfortable and heard. Thank you Hyatt!

We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!

Great Memory in life

Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids.

Great properly- location, facilities and sit out places. Food is very expensive but you get get swiggy delivery.

The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. Sonya, the concierge manager is really fantastic and makes you feel like a special guest at this truly beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!
