There was no luggage cart in the office. We requested one and was told she would have to go find it. She did find one by the next morning, but it was a hand truck like for building materials. It would be nice, too, if the property had a wider door to bring in the cart. Also, the breakfast was terrible! We expected a light, continental breakfast, but the ONLY thing there was cold cereal and coffee!

The keys wouldn’t open the door. Had to trade them out two times. Room was comfy and clean. Thought it was very expensive for the condition of the facility. Breakfast was ceral, yogurt and toast or bagels.

Room smelled musty or stale. Was clean but not optimal. We did not see in the description the hotel did not have elevators. Thus was an issue as my wife had a hip replacement recently and I have bad knees. We were told no first floor rooms were available.

Overall the room and hotel were decent and a good value. The bed was comfortable and good clean bedding. Cleanliness was good, but could be better to get 5 stars. Had issues with maintenance regarding the room door entry lock and shower valve sticking. Staff was friendly, but could have been more accommodating regarding special requests. In general, a good place to stay at a budget price.
