Appartement de qualité. Terrasse ensoleillée l'après-midi seulement.

Appartement de qualité, très bien situé au cœur de Dinard et dans un secteur plutôt calme. Très bonne réactivité de l'Agence Abritel par ailleurs pour régler tout détail utile. A noter cependant que la photo présentant la terrasse sur le site internet est trompeuse et devrait être remplacée : on y voit une table de petit déjeuner (avec les bols) ensoleillée. Dans la réalité, son exposition à l'ouest ne permet de commencer à avoir du soleil qu'à partir de 14h environ (au mois d'août). Cela est du coup décevant pour les petits déjeuners et les déjeuners le midi en extérieur...
