St Enogat

This was our second stay at this apartment, which I think says a lot. Spacious, very clean and well equipped, with a location that meant everything at St Enogat and Dinard were very accessible. As the weather was cool and damp, some heating would have been appreciated. The thermostat did not seem to reflect the apartments actual feel.

Appartement trÚs bien décoré et lumineux, avec une terrasse trÚs plaisante et une petite zone d'herbe (un peu le bazar sous l'auvent de la remise, mais bon...). Lit en 140 confortable. Vaisselle en bonne quantité. Situé au coeur de l'ancien Dinard à cÎté des qqs commerces, à 5 mn de la plage d'Enogat, à 10 mn du centre ville actuel. Une ligne de "bus-bateau" permet d'aller facilement à St Malo. Belles balades sur le sentier des douaniers, GR34.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Super séjour à Dinard

Idéalement placé entre Dinard et St Enogat, tout se fait à pied. Appartement trÚs agréable et vaste pour deux personnes. Contact facile avec le propriétaire. Boßte à clés facilitant départ et arrivée. Région magnifique, superbes balades sur le GR 34.

logement calme et bien situé. accueil inexistant . aucun entretien du petit jardin et de l'extérieur. vitres sales. accÚs boite à clés au-dessus des bacs à ordures trop difficile d'accÚs. AccÚs au logement inadmissible pour toute personne souffrant du moindre handicap - marche de 43 cm !! premiÚre déception de toutes nos expériences de location saisonniÚre à Dinard

Un seul bĂ©mol : Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le four 
.. A l’intĂ©rieur du four , de gros amas de matiĂšres carbonisĂ©es, sur l’ensemble du four du « dĂ©cap four » Ă©tait pulvĂ©risĂ© et non rincĂ© !!!! Ce produit est toxique ++++ Ceci m’a dĂ©clenchĂ© une crise d’Asthme, en effet je souffre du syndrome de widal (polypose nasale, allergie Ă  l’aspirine, asthme) Tout ceci est bien regrettable Cordialement Nelly

Lage optimal zum Strand oder zur Ortsmitte. Hinterhof mit Terrasse etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig.. Es fehlen AufhĂ€ngoptionen fĂŒr Jacken o. Ă€.. Wohnung könnte mal einen genauen Putzvorgang gebrauchen- dann wĂŒrden die GĂ€ste sich noch wohler fĂŒhlen. Bett fĂŒr zwei Ă€ltere Erwachsene doch etwas eng (160 cm).

Appartement lumineux, trÚs agréable à y séjourner, proche du centre de Dinard

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de séjourner dans cet appartement, qui est trÚs lumineux, spacieux, et bien équipé. Il est situé dans une zone de résidence calme, la mer et le centre de Dinard ne sont pas loins. Accueil bien organisé. A recommander vivement !

TrÚs bel appartement, ultra fonctionnel tout est la pour passer de bonnes vacances. La localisation est idéal, tout est accessible à pied. Propriétaire trÚs disponible et sympathique. Je recommande vraiment.
