This beautiful home is going to make your next trip to Discovery Bay a vacation to remember! With its two bedrooms and loft, you'll have plenty of space to move around, and you'll love the vaulted ceilings, the cozy fireplace, and the modern designs found throughout the home. Natural light cascades in through the living area's large windows and sliding glass door. Outside, the balcony provides the perfect setting for those late-night catch-ups with old friends over glasses of local wine or, if you prefer, lounging around in the relaxing 6-person hot tub. This cozy place is fully modernized with all the amenities you'll need for a fabulous stay, including a convenient 50A electric vehicle charger in the garage. 5 Minutes away from deep water for your water sporting fun.
IMPORTANT: WE HAVE A NOISE POLICY. NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 10PM MON-THU or 11PM FRI&SAT. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. We do have outdoor cameras monitoring activity. There are no cameras on any indoor spaces.

Never contacted the host. The deck was absolutely discusting. Not swept, coaches full of debri and spiders. table covered with torn plastic covereings and sand bags that had holes in them. Sand everywhere. Only one small unbrella available. Broken and old furniture scattered everywhere. We had to clean for about an hour just to use the deck. Neighbor next door loaned us an umbrella in order to sit out on the deck. For this to be a big part of the rental, not worth what we had to pay at all.

The place was beautiful, well equipped and great location. Comfortable and plenty of bedding, towels, cooking utensils and small appliances. Only thing was that the electric charger was not compatible with the tesla we rented.

Nice location, well appointed

Great place to stay with our boat. The deck is a bit sketchy, but it worked. That was the only negative.

The house was nice but it was not cleaned when we arrived. The master bedroom had no sheets or pillowcases. There was trash everywhere and a used bar of soap in the shower. When we contacted the host they said they were sorry but didn’t offer anything to make our stay better.
