HORRIBLE !!! NE V ENEZ PAS !!!Nous avons récupéré les clefs de l'appartement à l'agence "Ma Conciergerie" située avenue Durand Morimbau, à Cabourg. L'accueil a été catastrophique : tous les appareils électroménagers (four, micro onde, airfrayer) étaient d'une saleté épouvantable, sans parler de l'état de l'appartement. Nous vous épargnons de parler des WC.... Nous avons demandé à ce que le ménage soit fait, aucune réaction de "Ma Conciergerie". Nous avons demandé plusieurs semaines à l'avance d'avoir des serviettes de bain à notre arrivée, elles n'étaient pas là et n'ont été apportées qu'en fin de matinée du jour suivant. Elles étaient d'une propreté douteuse. Quand nous nous sommes plaints auprès de "Ma Conciergerie", ils nous ont raccroché au nez. Et le pire, c'est qu'ils ont eu le culot de nous réclamer 57 euros lors de notre départ, sans avoir fourni le ménage attendu de l'appartement à notre arrivée, ni des serviettes de bain en temps et heure. Nous ne reviendrons pas, des vacances un peu gâchées ......
Une touffe de gros cheveux dans le salon, il y en avait aussi dans une chambre
Le Air Frayer avec des restes de frites et d'huile
Le four avec une mare d'huile au plancher du four et des projections de nourriture !!!
Micro onde avec des projections partout, à vomir
