It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally located in Dolus-d'Oléron, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (1 vehicle) or in the public parking lot near the house.
