The living area is smartly laid out and warmly furnished, featuring a comfortable seating area where you can unwind while watching television. Adjacent to this is a 2‑person dining table, ideal for relaxed meals together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner during your stay.
Underfloor heating throughout the cottage ensures a pleasant and even temperature in every season, offering extra comfort all year round.
The kitchen provides everything you need for effortless cooking, including a cooktop, combi-microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a toaster. Start your morning with a fresh coffee from the Senseo machine or enjoy a cup of tea prepared with the kettle.
After a day full of holiday experiences, retreat to the cozy sleeping loft, which is accessible via the stairs in the living room. A smart design feature allows the stairs to be pushed aside during the day, maximizing the living space below. The double bed (180 x 200 cm), equipped with two separate mattresses, promises a comfortable night’s rest. A distinctive window adds charm and atmosphere, while the clothing rail and the storage space beneath the sloping wall offer practical room for your belongings.
The modern bathroom is accessed through a sliding door next to the kitchen and is fitted with a spacious walk-in shower, sink with mirror, hairdryer, and convenient drawers for storing toiletries. The toilet is also located in this room.

On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 AM and return the key to the designated location where it was collected.If baby cots are available, please note that they do not come with bed linen; you must bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can verify this in your booking details.Overnight visitors must be registered and can only stay after receiving approval.
