Ideal place for a calm and authentic stay, the beaches are 1 hour away and you will benefit from the swimming pool service to share with the owners. The house has been completely renovated, the old furniture has been restored to find its place in a world of intense and warm colors. The ground floor accommodates a large fitted kitchen which opens onto a spacious double living room. A dining room adjoining the kitchen A large double-height entrance hall, serving an independent toilet with hand basin, a large laundry room and a spacious bedroom (bed 160) with its private bathroom with WC. A magnificent staircase provides access to a generous landing, 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 140cm bed, 2 90x200cm beds which can provide a 180x200cm bed), a bathroom with toilet and a bathroom with toilet. For your comfort: heat pump with cast iron radiators on the ground floor and a reversible air conditioning system upstairs. A pleasure garden, rich in multiple varieties of flowers, surrounds the house and its covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. This cottage is flexible when renting Petit Jouandéou you only have the rooms mentioned above (2 bedrooms on the first floor are closed and not accessible).
